We are a consulting and educational company that helps small and growing businesses raise capital for growth. Instead of selling equity or acting as brokers, we guide entrepreneurs to safe and legal tools: crowdfunding, angel investors, and government support programs, including SBA Loans and CALCAP.
Our mission
To ensure that as many companies as possible successfully raise funds and reach the next level of growth. We work with entrepreneurs who have strong ideas but are unsure how to properly approach the capital raising process. We especially support the Russian-speaking business community, which often faces language and cultural barriers when working with investors and government programs. We make this process clear, accessible, and simple.
